Directions: Add 1 tablespoon to warm bathwater. Soak for 20-30 minutes. For a cleansing affect pass water over your head & body 3-5 times. Pat dry. Gather 1 cup of the water from your bath, flush down the toilet to symbolise a releasing of negative / stagnant energy. Drain the remainder of the water from your bath. Cover your head with a white or light colored head covering. Put on clean light colored clothing. Cover your feet. ( 24-48 hrs)
